Legends Security & Sound, Inc. is seeking a high-energy, ambitious, and dependable Information Technology / Electronics Technician. The right individual will be able to perform installation, service, and testing of various security, audio, and automation equipment and provide the necessary skill sets to connect systems to a LAN/WAN. Willingness to adapt to an evolving job description and expand your responsibilities as the company grows is a must. Company training on proprietary equipment will be provided.
Duties:
- Install and program various audio, networking, and security related equipment including but not limited to access control, burglary/fire, video surveillance, and automation systems.
- Meet with clients to discuss/perform the necessary functions to establish network connectivity between company-installed equipment and the client’s server/workstation using RS-232, RS-485, or TCPIP protocol.
- Other electronics and networking functions as required.

Qualifications: |
- Technical School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Software Systems including Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to use reasoning to problem-solve.
